We are a small family business originally from Guadalajara Jalisco. We specialize in mesquite grilled chicken with authentic recipes. We take our time to make everything from scratch from butchering our own meat, making our own special marinades, prepping everything fresh everyday. 5 years ago we started this adventure and have been blessed by the support of our community through the pandemic and all the hardships these last couple years.
